Belle takes a test It’s becoming clearer that Emmerdale’s Tom King is trying to trap Belle Dingle and control every element of her life – has he finally managed to do it by getting her pregnant? Belle made it abundantly clear she is not ready for a family, much to Tom’s chagrin – she has life to live before she has her children. Her career is going in the right direction, she’s got hopes to still start up her business. Life could be sweet, if Tom didn’t continue to pressure her.
While outwardly he accepted delaying children, he’s been subtly trying to manipulate Belle into seeing his way of thinking. Piper the dog was his first attempt at locking her down, and he recently used the pooch to cruelly remind Belle that her days of late nights and social life are done thanks to them having a dog.
