In his address, the President spoke of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict and domestic issues facing America. Mr Bolt discussed Biden’s speech saying the US President offered “very little” to Ukraine on top of the sanctions already imposed on Russia so far. “In fact, a lot of Biden’s speech today was him defending or pushing his stalled domestic politics – he’s got so little done.”
