Anabel and Andrew de Saxe have settled on their six-bedroom, four-bathroom mansion, following a string of hefty sales linked to their extended family.

have taken the keys to a $20 million mansion, now that their off-market purchase made days before Christmas last year has finally settled.family was behind the sale, recently updated property documents have confirmed Anabel – whose maiden name is Hawksford – is now on the title.

The Hawksford family – who are behind the Bremick Fasteners engineering supplies company – recently came to real estate prominence after several of its members bought up a combined $76 million worth of Bellevue Hill trophy homes in a matter of months.The family property splurge follows Bremick’s acquisition by PE firm Crescent Capital, which is an active investor in Australian health, consumer and industrial companies.

The couple purchased the block with a pair of semis in 1988 for $1.05 million and commissioned Bensen, Mezzapica & Perrie Architects to create the French provincial-style home complete with pool. The property is listed with Bradfield BadgerFox’s Bob Guth, with a $12 million price guide. Inspections of the Salisbury Road home will start on July 25.
