The prospect of Preston's Shankly Hotel finally opening has been pushed further back amid problems with health and safety issues.
Signature Living Preston collapsed into administration last summer when lenders grew tired of waiting for their investment to be returned. A series of linked companies also owned by Lawrence Kenwright collapsed too, and administrators have spent the last year trying to rescue the business and find a way to continue the hotel development.
