Witnesses told police Angel Gomez, 20, was urinating near the property when employees, including Davis, confronted him. The argument became physical and that’s when, according to police, a 12-year-old with Gomez went to their vehicle, The boy, the boy’s aunt and Gomez — who is the boy’s uncle — left the scene before police arrived, according to the sheriff’s office.Gomez later returned and was arrested, and police found the preteen in Rio Vista and took him into custody.
