Australia will receive 85 million Pfizer vaccines in 2022-23 after the Prime Minister secured a deal on Saturday afternoon.
Mr Morrison said it was an “important development” as Australians move towards living alongside COVID-19.
"We have secured an additional 85 million doses of Pfizer, which brings Australia's total Pfizer doses to 125 million," the Prime Minister told reporters on Sunday. "As the supply of vaccines increases, the Commonwealth stands ready to continue to work with the states and territories to support the rollout of vaccines," he told reporters on Saturday.
