King Charles is reportedly considering making his niece Princess Beatrice a “working royal” following Princess Catherine’s cancer diagnosis but Princess Eugenie is uninterested in the job. Princess Beatrice has “impressed King Charles and Prince William" with how she has “stepped up” in recent weeks and could become an official working royal, palace insiders have claimed.
The York sisters are the only blood-born Princesses of their generation and carry the titles Her Royal Highnesses. A second source told Britain’s GB News that Beatrice’s recent engagements during mental health week suggest she may be set to take on a more official role as a working royal. “She’s also been taking the lead at public occasions like the Cheltenham Festival and other family gatherings which is a clear sign of her taking on more royal responsibility.”
