Priscilla Presley 'challenges Lisa Marie trust' after being 'written out and replaced'
Priscilla Presley is reportedly facing a legal battle against late daughter Lisa Marie Presley's trust after claiming she has been written out and replaced.
At the time, Priscilla, 77, paid a heart wrenching tribute to her at her public service at Graceland, where she said: "Our hearts are broken. Lisa we all love you." Legal papers seen by the publication claimed that Priscilla has “discovered” a disputed document seeking to remove her and former business manager Barry Siegel as co-trustees of her daughter’s Promenade Trust. The origins of the alleged amendment were not clear from the 2016 filing.
Priscilla reportedly claimed in the documents that an "inconsistent" signature was used to rubber stamp documents meaning she was eliminated from her trustee role.The papers claim Lisa Marie’s signature “appears inconsistent with her usual and customary signature”.But it's reported Priscilla now wants to make the change invalid and return as a trustee as she has questioned the authenticity of the change.
