Boutique Oxley Capital Partners is set to kick off a two-round auction for $100 million-plus a year meat wholesaler and distributor, YCC Poultry.
Street Talk can reveal Oxley’s dealmakers, led by former PwC and PPB Advisory stalwart Ben Craw, have an information memorandum and data room ready to fly, and will call for first round offers by December 21.
YCC Poultry, owned by the Bournazos, Glinellis and Kapos families and run out of south-west Sydney, operates a processing facility and distribution centre that supplies retailers, schools, hospitality venues and the like, with chicken and other meats.
