We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of strategies surrounding governance requirements within the L&D framework.
This individual will bring strong project management skills to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of training projects, ensuring alignment with our business governance principles.Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables for training projects. Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects in alignment with L&D strategy and business governance requirements.Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns proactively. Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to diverse stakeholder groups.Team Management: Collaborate with instructional designers and trainers to ensure that training content is relevant, effective, and aligned with project goals. Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance on project tasks and fostering a collaborative team environment.Governance Alignment: Ensure all training projects reflect the organization’s governance principles and compliance requirements. Continuously assess and refine project processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering training solutions. Collaborate with senior management to align training initiatives with overall business strategy and governance standards.Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably within Learning & Development or a related environment. Strong understanding of governance principles and their application within organizational training frameworks. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in project management tools/software .Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.Adaptability and resilience in overcoming challenges.Strategic thinking and the ability to translate broader organizational goals into actionable project plans.An opportunity to make a significant impact on our Learning & Development strategy and initiatives.
