Chapters of the far-right group have distanced themselves from those who posted extremist content around a University campus.
The mock-hunting permit, which used Proud Boys' name, logo and color scheme, also featured a permit number of 09/11/01, an apparent reference to the September 11 terror attacks.
The far-right group claimed those who placed the stickers are not from a chapter that is officially affiliated with Proud Boys and that they do not advocate hunting Afghan refugees.
