PSM has censured Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng for stating that the federal government would extend the RM350 million to repair dilapidated schools in Sarawak after the state government repaid its loan for the same amount.
“The Harapan government has spoken about uplifting the economy of Sarawak as well as giving them back their 20 percent oil royalty. Arutchelvan also pointed to how the Harapan government emphasised the importance of education but still resorted to such tactics, which he described as high-handed.
