Emergency services were called to the Ballynahinch Road, Hillsborough, following the collision on Saturday, October 8. Motorists have been asked to avoid the area.
No further details have been released at this stage but the road is closed between its junctions with the Ballylintagh Road and Ballylintagh Lane.A PSNI spokeswoman said: "Motorists are advised to avoid the Ballynahinch Road, Hillsborough, as police and emergency services are at the scene of a two vehicle road traffic collision.
