"We have amazing weather, beautiful beaches. A very relaxed lifestyle in the west and the daylight saving push is really about maximising that time and having more time in the afternoon to get outdoors and do the things you love." "The bill in its current form is aligning the clocks with the east coast, so it's October to April. And I do want to hear from the public on this so I'm more than happy to change some of that policy based on feedback."
