Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says it feels like “every couple of months” there’s a summit where there’s a “show of strength to Russia and China”.

Mr Clennell said reports from Tuesday morning indicate NATO will put 300,000 troops on high alert, “should Russia go further than the Ukraine”.
