Ukrainian MP Inna Sovsun says Russian President Vladimir Putin “is changing the rhetoric” to justify his invasion of Ukraine.

“When the full-scale invasions started, he had different explanations for it,” she told Sky News host Chris Smith.

“He was talking about the protection of the people of Donbas … he was also talking about regime change in Kyiv. “But now he’s talking about a different reason for attack – which is the West forcing Ukraine into NATO.“Secondly, we have never been a threat to Russia.”
