A video has emerged of a Vladimir Putin ally and advisor holding his hands across his face as his daughter laid dead on a Russian road after being killed minutes earlier in horrific circumstances.
Russian law enforcement officials said it has launched a murder investigation to determine what exactly happened and who was at fault.

We established the identity of the deceased: it is journalist and political analyst Daria Dugina.""Ukraine has absolutely nothing to do with this, because we are not a criminal state like Russia, or a terrorist one at that," an advisor for President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
"He returned, he was at the site of the tragedy. As far as I understand, Alexander or probably they together were the target."
