VLADIMIR PUTIN has a 'way out' of his war in Ukraine, according to a Russia expert, who explained to Express.co.uk how the Russian President is making a bid for 'leverage' over the country.
However, Professor Nikolai Petrov has suggested that Russian troops will not be able to remain in Ukraine permanently, as he explained Putin’s “way out” of the conflict.
