A Qantas flight has been forced to make an emergency landing after the plane dropped more than 6,000 feet in a matter of minutes.
A Qantas flight from Brisbane to Townsville was forced to make an emergency landing after a cabin pressure issue forced the plane to drop more than 6,000 feet in a matter of minutes.
Those requests were quickly granted and the plane touched down at Rockhampton, the nearest airport, just after 7:15am. "Our Brisbane to Townsville flight was safely diverted to Rockhampton on Tuesday morning following a depressurisation issue," spokesperson said.
