Queen's funeral is underway. Hundreds of thousands have gathered in London as the royal family farewells Queen Elizabeth II in one of the biggest events in modern British history. Follow the latest here.
Baroness Scotland, the Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, reads the First Lesson of the funeral service, taken from the Book of Corinthians. It is followed by the choir singing a psalm.
Now, British Prime Minister Liz Truss is reading the Second Lesson, from the Gospel according to John: “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.“And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
