Detectives allege 59-year-old Darryl "Blinky" Young from Bogie murdered Mervyn Schwarz, Maree Schwarz and her son Graham Tighe on the remote Shannonvale Station south-west of Bowen on Thursday.
Ross Tighe, the lone survivor, was "up an about" at Mackay Base Hospital, his family said.Young will be taken to Proserpine Magistrates Court for his first appearance on three murder charges, plus a single charge of attempted murder.He has had extensive surgery for a single gunshot wound.
