was found in a four-year-old girl who came in contact with an infected truck driver, but no lockdowns have been announced.
Chief Health Officer Dr Jeanette Young said she was "very concerned" about the community transmission as the truck driver had a high viral load."The child didn't, so I'm actually less concerned about the child." The child attended The Boulevard Early Learning Centre at Mt Warren Park on Tuesday, August 31 and Wednesday, September 1.
Dr Young today said 100 families connected to the childcare and 960 families connected to the before and after school care program had been placed into home quarantine. New restrictions have been brought in following the child's positive case, with visitor limits in place for aged care facilities, disability services and hospitals in Logan.
