Liberal Senator James McGrath says his fellow Queenslanders will see through Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk and judge her on her record as they begin to cast their votes in the upcoming state election.

“All Palaszczuk does have is this alibi of the coronavirus to cover up for five years of buggering up the economy," Mr McGrath told Sky News host Paul Murray.

“I think when people start to vote, not in 69 days time, but actually two weeks before that when pre poll voting starts, they will see through what the premier is talking about, and they’ll judge her on her record.” Image: Getty
