Queer Eye's Tan France has welcomed his second son via a surrogate with his husband Rob, it has been confirmed.
Tan took to Instagram to confirm the exciting news with a sweet snap of the now family of four, as he holds the new baby boy and his husband holds their oldest son Ismail.He captioned the sweet family photo with: "Welcome baby boy #2, Isaac France, born this past weekend. He completes our little family perfectly.
