Justice Secretary Dominic Raab was tonight facing serious questions over why his department did not oppose a decision to free the mother of tragic Baby P.Paperwork seen by the Sunday Mirror states a junior official acting on behalf of Mr Raab “confirmed that this recommendation was accepted”.
