Rapper Boosie Badazz charged with gun crime in San Diego federal court [Breaking]

, but on Wednesday prosecutors from the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office dismissed the charge. His attorney in that case, Damon Alimouri, said federal investigators were waiting for Hatch outside the courtroom Wednesday and arrested him on the federal charge. She also argued that federal prosecutors should have been prepared to proceed with a detention hearing Thursday because they’ve had weeks to confer with investigators and their counterparts from the District Attorney’s Office. She said keeping Hatch jailed over the weekend would mean he would miss out on performances scheduled for Saturday and Sunday for which he’s already been paid.
