Westpac economist Matt Hassan says the RBA governor might be a little optimistic when it comes to reaching the Reserve Bank of Australia's growth targets.

Earlier this week, RBA Governor Philip Lowe shared his outlook for the Australian economy in an important speech at the National Press Club.
