A home security system has captured the terrifying moment a toddler nearly ran afoul of a brown snake, forcing a mother to spring into action. 9News
Daniella Vizzini noticed the venomous brown snake slithering through her Lalor backyard yesterday.
The reptile was metres away from two-year-old Eva who was splashing in the pool completely and utterly oblivious to the danger.The snake seen in the top right corner, while small, could deliver a potentially fatal bite.she was on the phone to her friend when she saw something out of the corner of her eye."We were shocked and quite scared actually," she said."Before I knew it I was yanking Eva out of the water so far. It was terrifying.
