SkyWalker Property recently sold the Brookhollow Riverside office building on State Highway 360 in Arlington.With commercial real estate market conditions expected to deteriorate this year, more investors are eyeing opportunistic property buys. “By year’s end, we anticipate the market will be faced with a wave of maturing loans as owners struggle with refinancing, under-performing projects and tighter capital conditions,” Gary Walker, president and founder of SkyWalker Property Partners, said in a statement. “Our new fund is well-positioned to capitalize on these opportunities.”
