Another Rebels motorcycle gang member allegedly involved in a planned shooting attack at a shopping centre has been granted bail on strict conditions. 9News

The 32-year-old had allegedly been meeting with other presidents of the outlaw motorcycle gang in Darwin when the arrest warrant was issued. He was arrested by police in Darwin before being extradited to Brisbane where he was charged with one count of doing acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, one count of affray and one count of habitually consorting with alleged offenders.

His legal team successfully argued the Lucey, who now works in a florist shop, was a low risk of reoffending if given strict bail conditions including a curfew. He will be fighting all charges and strongly denies “involvement in any criminal act that may have occurred at the hands of others on that day”.Josh Lucey and Gokhan Turkylimaz

Former MMA fighter and Rebels bikie gang member Gokhan Turkylimaz is also on bail for the Logan Hyperdome incident.
