Queensland police have confirmed that the largest reward in the state's history has been paid out after the apprehension of Rajwinder Singh, who is accused of the 2018 murder of Toyah Cordingley.

Toyah Cordingley was last seen alive when she left to take her dog for a walk on Wangetti beach in October, 2018.It was the largest reward offered in Queensland's history and police have confirmed it has been paid to several people. Police said Mr Singh travelled from Cairns to Sydney before leaving Australia in the days after Ms Cordingley's death.Ms Cordingly's body was found on Wangetti Beach on October 22, 2018, the morning after her family reported her missing.
