"We got the news and it was, 'Okay, let's go — we're going to gather this last small amount of signatures to move on towards November,'" Haren added. Case Western Reserve law professor Jonathan Entin believes the group can get the signatures, as long as they are attentive to the process. "The devil is going to be in the details," the professor added."That's what tripped them up the first time."
