The Red Arrows will be flying over county towns and villages on Saturday evening
The Red Arrows will be gracing the skies of Nottinghamshire on Saturday evening . The team is set to travel from their base near Lincoln to Bournemouth Airport, a journey that typically takes them a mere 35 minutes.
They are expected to fly over Collingham at 7.03pm before reaching Newark just one minute later. The sightings are set to come after the crew depart from their Lincolnshire base at 7pm. Their route will take them in a somewhat zig-zag pattern from north to south, passing over Leicestershire, then flying near Banbury, Cheltenham and Bath before reaching the south coast, reports Leicestershire Live.Earlier on Saturday, the Red Arrows will be showcasing their skills at the Shuttleworth Festival of Flight near Bedford. On their way, they will perform an official fly-past over Rushden, near Wellingborough.
Following this, they will head north for the Cleethorpes Armed Forces Weekend in north Lincolnshire. For those planning to watch the planes fly over Market Harborough, they are scheduled to pass directly above the town centre, flying over landmarks such as Rutland Water, Hallaton, Great Bowden, the Market Harborough High Street and East Farndon before crossing into Northants.
