She has been issued with a notice to appear for a drink-driving offence, with police alleging her blood alcohol concentration was 0.177 per cent, more than three times the legal limit. Ms Williams crashed at an intersection in Cleveland, in Brisbane's bayside, on June 23 at 9pm, hours after the budget had officially been handed down.Ms Williams, 55, was the only one in the car and was not seriously injured, but was taken to hospital for assessment.
