Seventy-one percent of New Jersey adults say they support giving small towns additional consumption liquor licenses, which are primarily used by restaurants and bars, according to a new Rutgers-Eagleton poll. And nearly 60% are in favor of allowing towns to transfer inactive licenses to other towns in the same county.
