After one of two suspects confessed to killing them in the Amazon rainforest, Brazilian police say they have found the remains of British journalist Dom Phillips, and possibly his companion, Brazilian Indigenous expert Araújo Pereira. Here's how the case has unfolded.

Oseney da Costa de Oliveira was under temporary arrest on suspicion he was involved in the case with his brother, the prime suspect.Mr Bolsonaro, said he expected the case to be resolved "in coming hours".Eduardo Fontes, head of federal police in Brazil's Amazonas state, saidMr Fontes said the location was "very difficult to reach".After the suspect's confession, the family of Phillips said they were "heartbroken" in a statement.
Brazil's federal police agency said Phillips was identified through forensic analysis of unearthed human remains. The agency said it was still working on "complete identification" of the remains, which may include those of Pereira.
