We really try to switch off after dinner.

: If people are working at 100 per cent utilised, you can do that for a couple of weeks, but we’ve got to watch it because they’ll burn themselves out. Zero per cent means no one in the team is using them, which means they’ve been ostracised, and we have to ask ourselves, “What’s going on there?”
