Video showed the sheriff arrived at Robb Elementary by 11:49 a.m., 15 minutes after the gunman entered the school. CNN reports there was no mention of the Diaz Street shooting inside the school until 12:08 p.m. After he arrived, Nolasco mentioned DPS was coming and that they needed to contain the scene and determine who was in charge, CNN reports.Nolasco was asked by CNN last month whether he thought his response was adequate. He reportedly told CNN, “Yeah, I do.”
