Republican congressman doubles down after tweeting fake image of Obama with Iran president

In an apparent effort to criticise Barack Obama's policy towards Iran, Republican congressman Paul Gosar tweeted a doctored picture of the former president shaking hands with Iranian leader Hassan Rouhani
