A dog owner has realised what how selfish they are after taking the entire contents of a charity food bank. The woman took around £230 in food that was left out by the Freedom Dog Field rescue centre in Keelby, near Grimsby in Lincolnshire.

The unidentified woman took around £230 in food that was left out by the Freedom Dog Field rescue centre in Keelby, near Grimsby in Lincolnshire. However, in an apparent change of heart, the woman has now returned around £90 worth of food after confessing and contacting Erica on social media.‘At 3pm when I left my house, I noticed a poo bag on my grass outside, and I knew I’d put poo bags in the box, so I went and had a look.
Despite not getting all the food back, Erica says it is better than nothing and she is grateful for the woman’s honesty.Since the incident, Freedom Dog Field have been inundated with donations from people living nearby who want to support them.
