Woman loses front teeth after drinking mimosas in viral video
California restaurant Kitchen Story implemented a “vomit fee” for boozy brunch-goers who go overboard on the champagne and juice combo.
While the 60-minute unlimited mimosa deal brings in a crowd, the restaurant is tired of the vomit that trails behind after diners have chugged several drinks. Another restauranteur, Steven Choi, admitted his challenges from the excessive champagne drinkers during the pandemic.Choi believes the fee makes people more conscious about how much they’re drinking: “It’s there to make the customers stop and think about other people.”
