Cleveland Heights police cited for disorderly conduct a woman who became unruly as she demanded a local store clerk give her back $200 she said she paid him six months ago.At 2:05 a.m. Sept. 30, police were dispatched to Wendy’s restaurant, 13246 Cedar Road, on a report of an aggravated robbery. At the scene, a hesitant male employee told officers, “I’m going to be honest with you, I tried to sell them weed and they robbed me.

The teen in the back seat then went through the seller’s pockets and removed his wallet and 11-12 grams of marijuana. The employee was then told to get out of the car.Police used the phone number from which the suspect texted the victim and found that it belonged to a Cleveland Heights resident who is the guardian of a boy, 14. Police know of this boy from past crimes, including burglary and an obstruction case involving a gun possession investigation at Cain Park.

In explaining what had happened, the girl told police that she regularly walks her dog and did so that afternoon at about 4 p.m. She walked by a house that is the home of two boys she knows. The boys were not present, but their father was outside the house. She told the man she did not feel comfortable with this, but he continued to periodically pull out his penis, then asked if she wanted to show her body parts. The girl responded that she would not do so.

Police had minutes earlier left her home, where officers were called because of a disturbance involving her and her duplex neighbors. The woman, however, had left her home before officers arrived. It was learned that the woman’s stepmother had recently died and she said she now needed $9,500 to pay for the funeral and burial.
