At time of inspection current license expired 06/01/2022. Operator was able to renew license during inspection. **Corrected On-Site** 6 violations, 2 high-priority violations
High-priority - Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment. Household insect pesticide stored on shelf by the back door. Operator removed the fly spray from the establishment. **Corrected On-Site**
