Daniel Ricciardo has no hard feelings as he reveals conversation with fellow countryman Oscar Piastri
Daniel Ricciardo has revealed he has spoken to Oscar Piastri who is taking his seat at McLaren next year, and that he is open to a reserve role to stay in Formula 1.at the end of the current season, with a year left on it for 2023.But his options are running out after Piastri was announced as his McLaren replacment
“Yeah it was nice to speak to him,” he said. “I’ve spoken to Oscar to be honest just to make sure that there’s no bad feelings there. Ricciardo has said he only wants to continue racing if it’s in F1, but his options appear to be drying up with the news thatHaas currently haven’t signed a driver for next year to race alongside Kevin Magnussen with Mick Schumacher still fighting for the spot, and the same can be said for Williams who have Alex Albon under contract, but not Nicholas Latifi.
