The billionaire Roche family are selling the large-format Harrigan’s tavern within their Calypso Bay waterfront estate as they focus on their NSW assets.

Headed by Imelda Roche, whose husband Bill passed away in 2022, the Roches are worth $1.68 billion, according to theskincare and cosmetics business Nutrimetics, Last year, Roche Group submitted plans for the next stage of Calypso Bay featuring 76 duplexes on a 2.46ha site.The sale of Harrigan’s Calypso Bay is being handled by Xavier Plunkett, Andrew Jolliffe, Brent McCarthy and Glenn Price from specialist pub broker HTL Property.
