Queensland police are hunting for a man who shot at a Gold Coast rideshare driver.
Police are investigating a terrifying road rage incident in which a Gold Coast rideshare driver claims he was shot at by a tailgating stranger.
The 29-year-old driver told investigators he was followed by an unknown man in silver grey sedan from a roundabout on Gilston Road, Nerang, at about 1.30am.When the driver left the roundabout, the stranger pulled up alongside him and began shouting abuse before reaching down for an unknown object.The shaken victim then turned on to Weedons Road, eventually stopping outside a school when he believed it was safe.
A female passenger in the stranger’s vehicle was described as Caucasian, having long black hair and wearing a black dress. Police are asking anyone with information or vision to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or lodge a report with
