“When I first got the call to do it this year I was like, 'You sure? I’m three months postpartum, should I be making decisions like this right now?' When you become a mom, you feel like you can take on the world, you can do anything," said Rihana.
The nine-time Grammy award winner has spent the past several years building her clothing and makeup empire – Savage x Fenty.“There’s something exhilarating about the challenge of it all. It’s important for me to do this this year, important for representation important for my son to see that,” she said.
Also performing at the game are Baby Face, Country music star Chris Stapleton and actress and singer Sheryl Lee Ralph.
