Rita Ora says she almost 'gave up' on love before meeting husband Taika Waititi
Rita Ora has said she was “lonely and had given up on love” before finding her now husband Taika Waititi.
Speaking about how she felt in a new interview about her new album You&I - which features her husband on the album artwork - Rita, 32, said she’d almost “given up” on meeting someone and felt left out compared to some of her friends. “People think, ‘Oh well, what about me?’ I thought it was a vulnerable and insightful position for me. I think it connects us - especially girls and women and the social pressure we feel we have to reach.”
She officially confirmed the couple had wed a few weeks after the event in an interview with Heart Radio."I am officially off the market people. I chose to keep it more private and keep it to myself more but with my new video I am playing on what could have been."
