Callous robber who posed as doctor to talk his way into elderly women's homes is jailed for 11 years

Jim Chuter, 33, barged into his elderly victims' homes by posing as a doctor. The callous criminal burgled cash, bank cards and even an MBE during lockdown.

His victims, aged between 74 and 95, lived in Surrey, London and Thames Valley. The 'heartless criminal' used the threat of Covid to confuse his elderly victims. Chuter, who pled guilty to 26 charges, has been sentenced to 11 years in jail
