Robbie Lawler reduced to tears following unexpected surprise from UFC during retirement speech
Robbie Lawler is a man of few words who rarely shows his emotions - but that all changed during his retirement speech at UFC 290.in just 38 seconds at the T-Mobile Arena on Saturday night before calling time on his MMA career.
The montage of his career highlights clearly meant a lot to the usually stoic brawler who shed a few tears before thanking fans for their support during his legendary 22-year career.“I’ve had a long career, and I’ve had a lot of people help me get to where I am today. Without them none of this is possible and I’m blessed. I’m grateful.”
